Each week I receive requests for information from people in the Anna area. Having received repeat questions on the same subjects, I thought I would write a weekly column that might help answer some of these questions in the public forum. This column is the personal opinion of Kenny Jenks and is not the official opinion of the City of Anna or the Anna Police Department.
Chief’s question for the week came to him via regular mail from a “concerned citizen” who had a question about passing on the shoulder.

Our society is made up of a hotbed of people waiting to pounce on someone to blame for all the ills that befall them and their lots in life.
Were you aware of the fact that the AIG executives are now receiving death threats?
Even the ones who have committed to giving their entire bonuses back are getting equally harassed. Some of them have been subpoenaed to Washington to testify about the whole ordeal.
